Opening Grounding Ritual: Gentle breathwork or visualization to anchor you into the present moment.
Guided Channeled Writing Practice : A series of intuitive prompts to connect with your higher self, your grief, or even a loved one in spirit. There’s no pressure—just presence.
Reflection & Optional Sharing Circle : If you feel called, share your words or insights. Be held in a compassionate, non-judgmental space.
Closing Integration & Blessing: A soothing close with a gentle ritual, affirmation, or grounding technique to help you carry the healing forward.
