Therapeutic Massage has an amazing range of benefits, especially for pains, strains and injuries. People come in most commonly for back pain, headaches, pulled muscles, spasms, kinks or inflammation. Massage can be for relaxation too, but we must not overlook the fact that every massage leaves you feeling relaxed and recharged.
As good as massage therapy is for acute issues, it really is best to keep regular massage appointments throughout the year to prevent strains and injuries.

We are pleased to offer direct billing with the following insurers: Green Shield, Blue Cross, Great West Life, Sunlife, Manulife, Johnson Inc., Industrial Alliance, Chamber of Commerce, Max Benefit & Johnston Group.
Please be prepared to pay for your service in the case that direct billing declines or is unavailable. There are many factors that may affect whether your insurance claim is accepted. Time to time there are glitches, reviews, denials or only partial coverage for the claim that is being submitted on your behalf. In these circumstances, you must be prepared to pay and we will provide you with a receipt to which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

Catheryne Dahlke is a Registered Acupuncturist and Registered TCM Practitioner, licensed with the CTCMPAO (College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario). The CTCMPAO is the governing body established by the government of Ontario, under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Act, 2006.
Catheryne additionally holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Toronto. She keeps up to date with the latest scientific research regarding acupuncture and herbs.
