  • As a wife, mother of three boys, and business owner, I understand the relentless pressure to be everything to everyone. I know the struggle of trying to balance ambition with self-care, love with loss, success with meaning. I also know that healing is possible—that even in the busiest, hardest seasons of life, there are ways to reclaim yourself.

You are the woman who does it all. The one who shows up, who takes care of everything and everyone, who keeps life moving forward. On the outside, you seem strong, capable, even unstoppable. But inside? You’re exhausted. You feel stretched so thin that you barely recognize yourself.

Maybe motherhood has consumed you in ways you never expected—the invisible load of organizing, anticipating, and holding everything together weighs on you daily. You love your children, but somewhere along the way, you got lost. The woman you once were, the dreams you had, the things that once brought you joy—they all feel distant, like a life you barely remember.

Or maybe you’re a high-achieving woman who has spent years climbing, striving, proving yourself, only to realize you feel disconnected and unfulfilled. You wonder why success doesn’t feel as good as you thought it would, why the things that once lit you up now feel empty. You keep pushing, hoping that if you just work harder, stay busy enough, you won’t have to face the gnawing feeling that something is missing.

And then there’s grief. The kind that comes from loss—loss of a loved one, loss of a relationship, loss of the woman you used to be. The kind of grief that lingers, shifting between sadness, anger, and numbness, leaving you wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.

"I see you. I know how much you carry. And you don’t have to do this alone."

Supporting Women in Finding Meaning & Redefining Purpose

  • As a woman, a therapist, and an entrepreneur, I know the struggle of balancing ambition, relationships, and personal well-being while trying to stay connected to yourself. I understand the moments of doubt, the exhaustion, the pressure to keep going even when you’re running on empty. But I also know that healing, clarity, and true self-connection are possible.

You feel lost. The weight of expectations, the pressure to be everything to everyone, and the nagging self-doubt have left you wondering where you fit into it all. Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in unfulfilling relationships, or overwhelmed by life’s demands. You’re exhausted from trying to hold everything together, yet afraid that if you stop, it will all fall apart. I see you—because I’ve been there too.

You don’t have to do this alone.

I help women like you reclaim their worth, confidence, and sense of self. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges that have left you feeling stuck and lean into redefining your purpose and discovering and how you can show up in alignment with where you see yourself in the world—whether it’s anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or a loss of identity. There is a way forward, and I’ll walk beside you every step of the way.

Imagine feeling lighter, more confident, and deeply connected to yourself again. Therapy is a space where you can safely explore your emotions, let go of shame, and embrace the strength you’ve had within you all along.

Let’s begin your healing journey today.

You deserve to feel whole again—mind, body, and spirit. If you’re ready to take the first step, I’m here for you. Let’s connect and start your journey toward clarity, healing, and self-love.
